Lucia is a brand builder. She has always been passionate about supporting small business, as many of her friends and family members are business owners or experts in their industries. If she loves your products, services, and company mission, she will be on a mission to be your biggest fan and supporter. Lucia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Sciences from Clemson University. Although she did teach Mathematics for a while, she also ran her own tutoring company and managed a small law firm before realizing how much she enjoyed the creativity and excitement around supporting other small businesses in their ventures.
For the last five years, Lucia has made it her business to know and understand the inner workings of successful social media marketing for small businesses. Her life has been
surrounded by energetic family members and networks of people that have shaped her enthusiasm for and ability to make connections. And, social media success is all about community engagement. She connects her wide range of experiences and passions by bringing her networks of communities together and sharing their stories to encourage outreach to new customers. Lucia’s social media marketing journey has grown tremendously through the support of her family, close friends, and enthusiastic referrals from amazing clients who have experienced the return on investment from their social media investment.
Sherry joined Lucia Marie LLC in 2021 after 25 years as a marketing support consultant in the financial services industry. As the world changed in 2020, so did Sherry’s urge to shake things up. She loved the idea of supporting small businesses through unique, hands-on marketing support. Sherry enjoys the day-to-day and behind-the-scenes aspects of social media management. She is responsible for evaluating insights and analytics, learning and implementing social media scheduling software programs, transferring content calendars to scheduling programs, researching hashtags and trending content, and managing the master calendar. When it comes to social media, timing is everything, and Sherry excels as a timekeeper for the creatives. She loves seeing and helping small businesses thrive and finds it especially rewarding when those businesses are owned by friends and neighbors. Sherry
has a business degree from the University of Texas at Austin and loves to hang out with her family and her dog Schaffer who only has three legs, but keeps everyone on their toes.
